they Mite be giants

Well, finally! -
Cybermite production has been under way for some time now and I'm happy to share the results of what seems to have taken several months in the works to get to this milestone. The new Cybermite(s), re-incarnated from their 1999 "plush" predecessors, are back making their debut in resin form for 2011. Based off the original ("Y2K") line-up; Cybernetic Pink, FatalError Blue and MotherBoard Green will be joined by a new addition affectionately dubbed HeadCrash (aka "punkermite" giving a nod to scfi-tech Bruce Bethke author of Cyberpunks).
Each 'mite is approximatey 3.75" H x 4.25" diam, (about the size of an Araca Boi), each sporting a 3.5" - 5" signature style mohawk made of synthetic fibers and real *chrome spikes. The anticipated edition is 10/each or until the end of the year (which ever comes first). There are currently 5 of each of the 4 versions available for immediate purchase.

In addition to the aforementioned stable - I've created a few special edition, one-of-a-kind 'mite......

ok, so now that your back from Google-ing; Araca Boi - please expand the post for more info ......

*The colors represented in these images are my very best attempt capture the true essence of the objects through the aid of a digital camera. Some special paint effects applied to the figures such as, candy, pearls, fluorescent, metallic and PMS colors may not be conveyed in these images as well as they would in person.
*Some Cybermite have embellishments that may be hazardous to small children and and unsuspecting persons. Cybermite are not intended as a weapon or for children.

(I want) Candy

Clash gets a tangy makeover for this second release of limited edition - candy ckaiju collector's figures. This stuff is starting now ...

* UpDate_3.12.11 *

For those of you who have followed my modest little corner of the net, may have seen this entry originally posted on March 8th. The preceding post was intended to launch the release of the new Clash figures but was subsequently retracted due to some unforeseen (printing) problems which delayed the release......and then this occurred...

As we all know - on March 11th, disaster struck our neighboring friends in Japan. In light of the terrible events of the quake and tsunami which devastated the North East region of the island and it's rippling consequences that have changed the lives of those of the entire country - I will be donating a portion(25%)of the proceeds made from the "Candy cKaiju"sales, to help those affected by the disaster in Japan. I am often flattered by the tremendous support the Japanese collectors have displayed in appreciation of my works...I hope to in-turn show the same gratitude by the simple means of this heartfelt gesture in an effort to contribute what I can to help those in their time of need. Japan faces a long struggle ahead as they begin to morn, regain their strength and prepare to rebuild. Please join us in doing what ever you can do to help....You can check out the one-of-a-kind limited editions here...

...or perhaps consider making a contribution through the Japanese Red Cross or other charity organization of your choice.

Thanks.
